4/4/07 During Spring Break, I went on a tour of UCR. Impressions: What a small, pretty campus. I definitely did not expect it to be this nice. Ooh look, orange groves! The housing is really, really nice!
8/10/06 (I just realized that most of the dates I put on my album are actually one day behind). I went on a tour of UC Santa Barbara. Overall impressions: nice campus, not for me. Where are the Asians? Very green. Very science-y. Then we ate at a place near UCSB but I forgot its name. There was a lot of sand though, because it was next to the beach. I had a Caesar salad that was sort of sour. My brother had a huge burger.
Anything Goes at UCI and "You Can't Take It With You" at my old high school, where my sister had a part. I sat really far back on that one (should've used my zoom, or something), and at Anything Goes I didn't have much opportunity to take pictures. Also, one picture from my high school's first Battle of the Bands.
Natasha crocheted me a very nice scarf for Christmas. This is how it turned out. Detail work and modeling work. Pictures of me courtesy of Maryann. It is a great scarf!
10/7/07 MiceChat.com Quest at Disneyland with Natasha. We got more wrong than we thought, hehehe. I was also very scared of meeting the people from the internet but they were very nice and fun. Natasha even asked to see one of their receipts from Rancho del Zocalo to find one of the answers! When we arrived, it was also very windy and early!
1/2/08 The zoo with Natasha. Giraffes mating, chimps putting their fingers into their butts and sniffing their fingers, cute tigers, ambling around at an easy pace, Spider City, and other things.
8/10/2005 We're celebrating Yin's birthday at the Temple City park. We had a water balloon fight, but then it turned into an anything-that-can-hold-water fight. In attendance: Riva, Julia, May, Catherine, Dora, and then Vicky came later. Also, three boys, and one was really stupid so I didn't put any pictures of him up here. We had a water balloon fight at Yin's house afterwards because there was still some left.
I got a chicky from Vicky to me Nikki for my birthday.
TEE HEE! FRENCH SPEAKING WAITER! FRENCH SPEAKING WAITER!
5/18/07 French Club Banquet at Le Cafe du Metro. We got our honors cords and certificates. The food was okay, and it wasn't as bad as many of the others were complaining about in my opinion.
Oh and Sprite isn't pronounced "spreet" in French. It's just "Sprite." Hee hee Natasha.
And I called Jana and wrote down her number on the paper tablecloth and then scribbled it out hurriedly after because I didn't want the waiter to think I was leaving him my number XD
5/26/07 Prom was okay. We were about an hour late or something because we had to wait for some people. We missed our dinner reservations. We went to prom hungry. I rode in the backseat which was half empty because we drove without some people. It messed up my hair. Prom food was gross. Everyone looked pretty. Prom photographer was funny: "I know you're Asian, but big eyes!" Prom was foggy and cold. My corsage was half dead already. We were dropped off at Tiffany's house when we didn't want to. We were stranded there until 3:30 AM when my dad came to pick me and Natasha up. I took a lot of pictures, though, so that was good. And also, I got to see everyone gussied-up. The end!
6/13/07-6/15/07 Last day of school. Celebration at Natasha's house. In attendance: Julia, Nina, Bernice, Natasha, Leah, Yin, Dora, Jennifer, Jennifer, Alvin, Kenny, and David. Stop off at library for end-of-school-year celebration there.
Full review of Grad Night on my Xanga. I didn't take that many pictures :P Thanks to Annie for being by Grad Night Buddy :D
