Nobody But You

2/22/09
This was our entry into the 5th annual Mad Film Dash competition. We didn't know what we were in for!

Stuck on You!

11/11/09
Made this film in four hours during Veteran's Day :D Was very fun to make (even though I accidentally erased half our footage).

Intervention: "Fanny"

4/24/10
Our submission to the 2010 Mad Film Dash. Made in 24 hours with a Nikon D90 B) Shot in and around campus. Eliz made the "Fanny" part of the title credits using Adobe Premiere!!!

The Intervention was the hardest to shoot because people kept going in and out of the nearby bathroom and talking.

Let's Play: Halo 3 (4/4)

7/29/09
Dana and I play Halo 3 for the first time in a long time. She's on the top screen, I am on the bottom screen. Michael adds color commentary and does the recording for us.

Loving the new video player. It's freaking huge and it looks nice AND I CAN ACTUALLY JUMP AND FAST FORWARD THE VIDEO.

Now I wait for the music player to be better. Can't wait for the new larger picture viewer as well! Multiplyyyyy.

MY LAKERS by Lil K.

My Laker memories started when I was a kid
Watching games with Dad as I often did
While the Lakers played at the Great Western Forum
The Logo, Jerry West, leading with decorum
Listening and learning with Chick and Stu,
Chickisms giving a bird’s eye view
Later led by Cap, Magic, Worthy, and Mychal swooshing hoops,
With Rambis, A.C. Green, B-Scott and tenacious D Coop
Welcome Showtime, thanks to Dr. Buss
Watching the Lakers became a must
Happy memories watching them in Boston Garden
The Lakers win, leaving them downtrodden
With Kobe, Shaq, D-Fish, and Horry
Showtime returns, in all of its glory
Back to back to back, Threepeat!
The parade and Madsen dancing were a memorable treat
Phil Jackson reigns, 10 times a winner
Wish he could take Auerbach to dinner!
Celebrities courtside, day in and out
Hollywood insiders know what Showtime’s about
“MVP” chanting from the rafters
The L.A. fans can live happily ever after
Best in the west, year in and year out
The fans in the stands twist and shout
One thing you can be sure, they’ll give you a show
Showtime is back, this much I know.
Kobe, Lamar and team-One two three, Ring!
Can’t wait to chant it again this spring
It’s playoff time, Laker flags waving around and in bars
Except not to be found on Mychal Thompson’s maroon car
How do I love you, Lakers, let me count the ways
Oh, innumerable they are, ... those Purple Knights, ...Purple Days!

LA County Museum of Art

4/10/10
Went to the LACMA with Dora so I could watch Renoir's "A Day in the Country (Une Partie de la Campagne)" for film extra credit. It was a pretty funny film. Mustache bibs!

Me and Dora kept getting stopped by the Asian security guards to see our tickets. WTF? I accidentally activated an alarm and one of the security guards kept following us around after that. Dang.

This was a lot better than the MOCA. It had a TON of stuff and a ton of FAMOUS STUFF. "This painting is making me feel sad." Hahahaha.

Aboretum w/ Yin Again

3/27/10
I went with Yin to the Arboretum and we had a good time. Arboretum in the Spring!!! Very busy, lots of little kids.

Lots of awkward posing and the re-opening of the train depot!
